Salon Information 

ARRIVAL: Please note that late arrival will impact on your treatment time, whilst we will endeavour to perform the full treatment, in some cases this may not be possible.  In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, due to time restraints, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the original appointment cost shall still apply. 

DEPOSIT: All appointments require a deposit which is deducted from your treatment cost.  If cancelled/amended within 14 days of appointment NON-REFUNDABLE.  If cancelled/amended outwit 14+ days’ notice FULLY-REFUNDABLE.

DIGITAL CONSULTATION FORM: Upon booking an appointment you will be required to complete an online consultation form.  If you’re a new client and use the booking system this form will be part of the registration process.  If the appointment is booked via the salon, then you will receive an email link to do this.  All consultation forms need to be completed prior to attending your appointment.

PATCH TEST: All Tint, Hybrid Tinting, Lash and Lash Lift services require patch testing at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please pop into the salon to have this quick and simple test. Alternatively book your patch test online.  We will NOT perform any of the mentioned treatments without a recent patch test.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice. You will be charged directly to your registered card for the full cost of your treatment for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Non arrival without notice will result in a full charge being made automatically, and all future appointments charged in full upon booking an appointment.

RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: If you reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment you shall be liable for another deposit.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All clients under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian for the full duration of their appointment.

PAYMENT: We accept all major debit & credit cards and cash.  Payment is due in full at the end of your treatment.

PRICES: The prices indicated on our Booking System and Website are shown in Pound Sterling. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but this will be indicated to you at time of booking.

GDPR: General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) - 25th May 2018. ALL Customer’s & Anyone who LIKE’S our page please read the following: By “Liking” the page & being a Customer you are consenting and giving permission for us to contact you via Facebook Messenger, Phone, Text or Email. You are giving us permission to take & store any before & after pictures, for us to display on Social Media. All Client Record Cards containing personal information is securely protected.
