SALON POLICIES & INFORMATION
APPOINTMENTS: All appointments require a deposit which is payable at the time of booking. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
DEPOSITS: A deposit is payable by cash or bank transfer at time of booking [this will be deducted from your treatment cost. If cancelled within 14 days of appointment NON-REFUNDABLE. If cancelled outwit 14+ days’ notice FULLY-REFUNDABLE.
ARRIVAL: Please note that late arrival will impact on your treatment time, whilst we will endeavour to perform the full treatment, in some cases this may not be possible. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, due to time restraints, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and the original appointment cost shall still apply.
RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS: If you reschedule your appointment less than 72 hours prior to your appointment you shall be liable for another deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please give us 48 hours’ notice. You will be liable for full cost of your treatment for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, along with non arrival to appointment. Full costs will be payable before any future appointments booked.
DIGITAL CONSULTATION FORM: Upon booking an appointment you will be required to complete an online consultation form. If you’re a new client and use the booking system this form will be part of the registration process. If the appointment is booked via the salon, then you will receive an email link to do this. All consultation forms need to be completed prior to attending your appointment.
PATCH TEST: All Tint, Hybrid Tinting, Lash and Lash Lift services require patch testing at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Your patch test can be booked online. We will NOT perform any of the mentioned treatments without a recent patch test, this CANNOT be booked the same day as your treatment. A new patch test is required if you go 12 consecutive weeks without the treatment you were patch tested originally for.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All clients under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian for the full duration of their appointment.
PAYMENT: We only accept cash & bank transfers. Payment is due in full at the end of your treatment.
PRICES: The prices indicated on our Booking System and Website are shown in Pound Sterling. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but this will be indicated to you at time of booking.

ALL Customer’s & Anyone who LIKE’S our page please read the following: By “Liking” the page & being a Customer you are consenting and giving permission for us to contact you via Facebook Messenger, Phone, Text or Email. You are giving us permission to take & store any before & after pictures, for us to display on Social Media. All Client Record Cards containing personal information is securely protected.
